На Кубани перед судом предстанет семейная пара застройщиков за мошенничество на десятки миллионов рублей.
В Краснодарском крае 59-летняя жительница Сочи и её 41-летний супруг обвиняются в обмане 26 пайщиков строительства жилого дома на 47 млн рублей. Об этом сообщила пресс-служба регионального управления МВД России.
Супруги зарегистрировали жилищно-строительный кооператив, и в качестве застройщиков привлекали пайщиков для возведения дома в центре Сочи. Разрешения от муниципалитета у них на это не было.
По решению суда возведённый дом был признан самовольной постройкой, его снесли. Пайщики остались без квартир и денег. Застройщиков обвиняют в мошенничестве. Отмечается, что им грозит до 10 лет лишения свободы.
