В Братске задержан владелец кафе, где отравились свыше 60 человек

В Иркутской области правоохранители задержали владельца кафе быстрого питания, где отравились местные жители.

15 июня в городе Братске Иркутской области в рамках расследования уголовного дела задержан владелец кафе «Шаурму хочу» по подозрению в производстве продукции, опасной жизни и здоровья людей. Об этом сообщила пресс-служба регионального СУ СКР. Деятельность кафе приостановлена до решения суда, отметили в пресс-службе следствия.

Отмечается, что в период с 13 по 15 июня 2023 года с признаками острой кишечной инфекции в медучреждения Братска обратились 62 человека, из них 29 госпитализированы, в том числе пятеро детей. Все отравившиеся употребляли в пищу шаурму, приобретённую в кафе «Шаурму хочу» (ИП Арутюнян А.О.).

Уточняется, что сотрудники Роспотребнадзора выявили в данной точке общепита массу нарушений требований санитарных норм и правил. В частности, здесь не соблюдалась цепочка приготовления блюд, условия хранения продовольствия. У работников кафе не было условий для соблюдения личной гигиены.
