В соцсетях появилась видеозапись с информацией из соколиного центра «Камчатка». Там у краснокнижных белых кречетов появились первые птенцы. Сотрудники организовали все необходимое для малышей. Контроль за их состоянием ведётся круглосуточно.
Соблюдены все требования: влажность, температура. Птенцы питаются мясным фаршем. Недостатком аппетита питомцы не страдают.
Такое внимание неслучайно. Белый кречет практически исчез в местах своего проживания. При поддержке президента был создан питомник. Его главной задачей является восстановление популяции. Возрождение традиций, связанных с этими птицами, послужит укреплению связей со странами Ближнего Востока. Они издавна закупали соколов в России для охоты.
42 пары взрослых птиц прибыли в Центр из Германии в феврале. Примечательно, что многие практически сразу приступили к гнездованию. Это свидетельствует об отменных условиях содержания. Кстати, скоро работники центра ждут очередное пополнение.
