В Красноярском крае незаконная рубка леса привела бывшего заместителя начальника колонии и его подельника к лишению свободы в колонии.
В Рыбинском районе Красноярского края в незаконной рубке леса на 10 млн рублей признаны виновными предприниматель и бывший замначальника местной исправительной колонии. Об этом сообщила пресс-служба прокуратуры региона. По решению суда каждому из подсудимых назначено наказание 1 год 10 месяцев лишения свободы в колонии общего режима.
Судом и следствием установлено, что между ИК-16 и бизнесменом были заключены контракты на заготовку древесины для колонии. При рубке деревьев в 2019 году замначальника колонии сговорился с подрядчиком нарушить породный состав древесины и увеличить объём рубки сверх установленного договором.
Сотрудник УФСИН, превышая полномочия, прикрыл незаконные рубки документально. Бизнесмен курировал процесс рубки и вёл учёт. В итоге сверх положенного контрактом было заготовлено более 1,1 тыс. кубометров сосны, кедра, ели и пихты на 10 млн рублей.
